The guarantee does not cover sticking or damage caused by incorrect use, overheated, lack of maintenance, professional/ commercial use, or if the product is knocked or dropped. It does not cover any glass nor stains, discolouration or scratches on both interior and exterior of the product due to normal wear and tear.
